Mike Martinez Mike Martinez is the Manager for the METRO Stakeholder Affairs team. Mike oversees the day-to-day activities of Community Outreach, Stakeholder Affairs, Community Outreach Offices, Safety Awareness Program and the Community School Safety Education Program (CSSEP). Prior to arriving at METRO, Mike worked 14 years for the Houston Police Department’s Community Outreach Division. He takes great pride in having served in the United States Marine Corps as an Embassy Guard. |

Christina Moreno-Conner Christina, a METRO employee for almost four years, has a soft spot for the community she serves. Not only did she grow up here, she recently moved back into the neighborhood and now serves many of her classmates and friends from long ago. You may catch Christina in her office, or you may run into her at your next civic club meeting. There’s a good chance you’ll even see her at the grocery store. Either way, get to know her. She is here to listen to your concerns and help make the light-rail expansion project a positive experience for the entire community. |

Carlos Nuñez Though Carlos started with METRO four years ago on the East End Line, he couldn’t resist the opportunity to serve Houston’s North Line. His affinity for the communities around the line stretches back to his early years growing up on the Northside. Carlos appreciates the area's Mexican culture and Hispanic influences, which are what drive him to give back to the community today.

Luís Garcia Luís Garcia is passionate about being out and about in the East End community to answer questions and offer his assistance during the light-rail expansion project. Though Luís is new to METRO, he is not new to the East End. He was formerly the director of Ripley House, and he continues his relationships with several community organizations. Luís is committed to ensuring that you receive an excellent level of care, cooperation, support and service. |

Antoine Bryant Antoine Bryant is committed to the growth and development of the Third Ward. Prior to joining METRO, he was involved in several community design and development initiatives, including serving as executive director of the Row House Community Development Corporation, the sister organization to Project Row Houses. Antoine is a Third Ward resident and active member of many local organizations. He is committed to maintaining two-way communication with the Southeast community during the rail construction project. |

Dawn Paul When Dawn started on the project in 2008, she immediately fell in love with Houston’s Southeast side and enjoys nothing more than helping area businesses and residents fully appreciate how light rail will transform their community for the better.

Linda Trevino Linda Trevino has always been a fan of variety in her workload, which made the Senior Stakeholder Affairs Representative position at METRO a perfect fit. Her specialty is finding just the right strategy to handle different situations and clients. After many years spent working for major corporations, Linda is proud that her success has led her to METRO where she can continue to strengthen relationships with the community that METRO serves. |

Dorita Hatchett Dorita enjoys serving Downtown stakeholders because they each have distinct concerns that require customized solutions. She came to the light-rail expansion project from the University of Houston after seven years in the Office of the Chancellor/President for Special Events and University Advancement for Special Projects and the College of Education. Her job as liaison allows her to utilize a lifetime of experience with various stakeholders, projects and organizations on an effort that will ultimately benefit all of Houston.
