The METRO Communities in Motion program provides valuable development tools and resources for residents and businesses along the rail lines. We operate community relations offices in the upcoming rail-line communities. We invite you to stop in for a chat or join us for regular workshops where you can feel free to express your concerns and seek assistance. 

Our workshops, developed in partnership with community groups, cover a wide range of topics, from deed restrictions and lot-size protection to estate planning and property tax issues, all designed to help you maintain the integrity of your neighborhood and secure your family's place in it.
