Arts In Transit North Line
After a rigorous selection process that included METRO staff, art specialists and—most importantly—members of the community, four artists have been selected to enhance stations of Houston's proposed North Line. These artists are part of the team responsible for final design and construction of the stations.
The artists include:
Arielle Masson
Houston, Texas
Born in Mexico City, Arielle Masson grew up in Belgium, attended university in Paris, and moved to Houston to continue her education and launch her career. Her mosaic work Order in Nature enlivens the Hermann Park/Rice University stop on the Main Street Line.

Rolando Briseño
San Antonio, Texas
Rolando Briseño, like so many of the Arts in Transit artists, is no stranger to public art projects in Houston. You can see his installation Galaxy Way, which decorates the Airport People Mover station at Terminals D and E at George Bush Intercontinental Airport.

Leticia Huerta
Houston, Texas
If art is a dialogue, Leticia Huerta finds great things to talk about with mass transit systems. If you can't wait to see her work for Houston, catch a DART train in Dallas, or a bus in Charlotte, North Carolina.
