16 stations from UH Downtown to South Fannin
The 7.5-mile Main Street Line, Houston’s first light rail line, is a shining example of the positive impact a well-planned rail system can have on the community it serves. The Main Street Line, also known as the Red Line, offers fast, convenient service between Downtown, Midtown, the Museum District, the Texas Medical Center and Reliant Center. Per track mile, it’s the most heavily traveled line in the country, carrying 45,000 passengers each day. For more information about riding the Main Street Line, click here.
